Ben Evans entered the commercial real estate industry in 2019 after a successful career as a Project Manager for one of Australia’s leading construction companies. Ben quickly adapted to the new career path working for a boutique family run agency based on the Gold Coast, where Ben was responsible for some of the largest deals in Southeast Queensland in recent years.
Ben has demonstrated his extensive skillset and ability to adapt quickly since joining PropertyFox in 2024 and is set to continue his track record of great client service and fantastic results. Ben’s area of expertise are primarily development sites, amalgamations, large commercial assets and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
In a previous life Ben played rugby union professionally overseas and has more recently taken up BJJ as a hobby and enjoys the challenges and learning it provides.
